Accely Acquires Majority Stake in Activate Information System to Extend its SAP Services in Egypt

We are pleased to announce our acquisition of Activate Information Systems. Activate is part of the Accely Group family effective from April 1, 2022. From that date, Accely Egypt will begin conducting its practices and managing the Egyptian market.

Ahmed Morgan, CEO of Activate Information System, possesses more than 21 years of experience providing SAP solutions and services. He manages Activate Information System with a statistical and strategic vision.

We decided to seek acquirement because we believe that a larger organization will allow us to provide a wider array of services and more depth. A larger organization will also mean our associates will benefit from additional substantial career opportunities.
