Given the nature of its operations, the contractor engages with operations over multiple fields, making it nearly impossible to keep detailed information around the documents circulating around.

With Accely’s partnership contract, the organization now utilizes Electronic Content Management for centralizing all their documents. Further, with an effective ECM solution now present in the ecosystem, the management will now find it easier to add a timeline for each content item and, possibly, enforce processes for its creation, approval and distribution.
