You’ll need a RISE with SAP or GROW with SAP subscription, a configured BTP tenant, and identity wired up through SAP IAS. Business roles and permissions for Joule users have to be defined, and Joule has to be connected to whichever SAP systems matter, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and the rest.
