Schools and education groups do not always get the same attention as commercial enterprises when it comes to ERP modernisation. But the operational complexity is real. Finance, procurement, HR, vendor management, facilities, all of it needs to work, and in a multi-school environment it needs to work consistently across entities that often developed their own ways of doing things over years. The implementation is now underway. Finance and procurement go live first. HR follows in the second wave. The sequencing was a deliberate call, not a default, and the timeline was built around the school year rather than around what would be convenient for the implementation team.<\/p>\n
