India is combating the second wave of COVID-19, and vaccination is vital to halting this spread. With new government rules and improved vaccine supplies, everyone above 18 is now eligible for a vaccination.

Looking at the urgent need for vaccination, Accely decided to secure its employees and their families from the harmful virus. On Thursday, June 10th 2021,  a successful vaccination drive was held between 10:30 AM to 01:30 PM. Accely was able to vaccinate a very large number of employees and their family members at the Mumbai-based office.

The company partnered with Max Health Institute – Nanavati Hospital to ensure the success of this drive.

The entire vaccination process took about two hours, with all safety precautions planned ahead of time. Those with comorbidities like diabetes and hypertension and a couple of pregnant employees received prior approval from doctors present at the location. Before vaccination, a hearty breakfast, prudent use of sanitizers, and adequate social distancing all contributed to a stress-free experience.

Employees were thrilled to be photographed in the #TickettoSafety frame and to share their vaccination photos and videos on social media in order to spread the word and encourage others to get vaccinated as well.

In an exclusive conversation, Nilesh Shah, CEO, Accely, mentioned, “While the government is trying their best to scale up successful vaccination drives, I feel that it is the job as well as the responsibility of other private organizations to come forward and be a part of this initiative as well. We are thankful to all the frontline workers who have come forward to make things easier for us.”

Accely owes the success of its recent vaccination drive to its employees and healthcare partner. The company also encourages more individuals to get vaccinated faster and return to their regular routine.
